Fuel is not included in the rental price unless specified by your host. Fuel type (Petrol, Diesel, CNG, EV, etc.) is listed on every vehicle. The vehicle is handed over with a recorded fuel level, and renters must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received at pickup.

No, FASTag and highway toll charges are not included in the rental price. Renters are responsible for all tolls incurred during the trip. If toll charges are deducted from the host's FASTag, the exact toll amount must be reimbursed to the host at vehicle return or settled as an extra charge on the booking.

Listings may include a km-per-day limit and extra-km charge. Late returns and excess km can be billed as extra charges on the booking. You will see them in the app, and they are handled through the platform.

For Full Payment bookings: 48+ hours before pickup = 75% refund; 12–48 hours = 50% refund; 6–12 hours = 25% refund; under 6 hours = 0% refund. For Partial Payment bookings: advance online fees are non-refundable upon renter cancellation. If a host rejects your booking, 100% of your online payment is refunded within 48 hours.

When returning your vehicle: 1) Return on time to avoid hourly late fees; 2) Return with the same fuel level as recorded at pickup; 3) Stay within included daily km limits or settle extra km charges; 4) Clear any highway FASTag tolls; 5) Return vehicle clean and undamaged. The host verifies handover photos and refunds your security deposit directly upon return.
