How it works
EasyRentWheels is a peer-to-peer marketplace: you book approved listings online, the host confirms, and you collect the vehicle in person.
Step 1
Search by city and dates
Enter where you need the vehicle and your trip dates. Browse admin-approved cars, bikes, scooters, and more from KYC-verified hosts.
Step 2
Compare a verified listing
Check price, reviews, fuel type, included kilometres, and the host’s rental terms. Street-level pickup is shared after the host confirms — search shows city and state only.
Step 3
Pay online (Full or Partial)
Full payment: pay rent now via PayU; deposit is due at pickup. Partial payment: pay the platform advance online; remaining rent and deposit are due at pickup. Guest checkout works with name, email, and mobile.
Step 4
Host confirms the booking
Payment success does not auto-confirm. Status stays awaiting host confirmation until the vendor confirms. If they reject a paid request, the online amount is returned within 48 hours.
Step 5
Pickup, drive, and return
Chat for exact pickup. Bring licence and photo ID. Pay cash due at handover. The host starts the trip with 2–5 handover photos. When you return, they mark the trip completed; extra km or late-return fees may be added on the booking.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to visit a rental shop before booking?
- No. Reserve online first. After the host confirms, you meet them at the agreed pickup point with your documents and any cash due.
- Is the booking instant after payment?
- The online payment is instant through PayU, but the booking is confirmed only when the host accepts. Until then it shows as awaiting host confirmation.
- Are vendors verified?
- Yes. Vendors complete KYC and vehicles are approved before they appear in search results.
